From New Orleans to the Skies: Elevating the In-Flight Cocktail Experience

At Air Dining Cabo, we believe that the private aviation experience should be exceptional in every detail — including the cocktail in your hand at 40,000 feet.

Recently, during our visit to New Orleans for the NBAA convention, we had the pleasure of attending a private cocktail class at Drinklab, one of the city’s top mixology studios. Known as the birthplace of iconic cocktails like the Sazerac and the French 75, New Orleans was the perfect place to refine our craft and find new inspiration for our in-flight service.

🍸 A Toast to Tradition and Innovation

In this hands-on session, we learned not only the art of balance and flavor, but the stories behind the classics. From bold whiskey-based drinks to light and refreshing gin blends, every ingredient had purpose — and every recipe had a soul.

This experience reminded us why we do what we do: to transform in-flight dining and drinking into something unforgettable.

✈️ Bringing the Bar Onboard

Inspired by what we learned, we’re now incorporating elevated cocktail experiences into our VIP in-flight menus. Whether it’s a handcrafted margarita with fresh local citrus or a custom Negroni made to your preferences, our goal is simple:To make every sip feel as special as the journey itself.

And of course — our team can also prepare mocktails and wellness-focused beverages for those who want something refreshing without the alcohol.

🌴 Luxury That Tastes Like Cabo

As always, our cocktails are prepared with the same attention to detail and premium ingredients that define Air Dining Cabo. Local herbs, imported spirits, and seasonal fruits all play a role in crafting the perfect drink — one that’s both rooted in flavor and elevated by experience.
